The room was clean with exceptionally comfortable beds as requested. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe were available here too. The vibe here was quiet.

The location was excellent, with everything I needed close by, such as food, shopping, and markets. It was in a bustling shopping area, but after 11pm it became quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.
. The towels definitely needed to be changed more frequently, and the management should invest in fixing issues like a malfunctioning fridge and faulty flush.

During my New Year's stay, the morning breakfast was outstanding and always had something new to indulge in. They had an array of food options to choose from, both sweet and savory, with plenty of bread and drink options. the hotel staff were always with a smile and very helpful, carrying my luggage to and from my room, and checking me in early on a hot day. the location was prime, easily accessible by public transport or walking distance to all the places I wanted to visit. the environment felt very safe, which was very important. Lastly, the clean and cosy room was an added advantage and the daily room cleaning ensured a fresh start to my day.
the air conditioning was dysfunctional for two days, hindering a good night's sleep.
